Debate over vultures
At the time of the incident, a group of vultures was following the grounded Boeing 757 and was under the impression that it was receiving emergency medical care. There were 13 vultures on the ground when the Boeing 757 left the airport, and only one survived.
Aftermath
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) investigated the incident, as well as the FAA and Transport Canada's role in the development of the new Boeing 777. The investigation took 13 months and involved the use of high-tech 3D imaging equipment that allows scientists to reconstruct the sequence of events.

My goal is to have just HTML, CSS, and Javascript, no other HTML. I have used the answers from this question to achieve what I have now, but I am unable to achieve my desired results, even with your help.

Not sure what you mean by with just html.
If you want to have a dropdown and still don't want to use any javascript then the only way I know how to do it is by using multiple ac619d1d87
